Taco-Bean Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can jalapeno bean dip
3 medium avocados, peeled and pitted
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. mayo
1 c. green onion
3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 (3 1/2 oz. each) cans pitted black olives, drained and chopped
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Layer in this order:
Jalapeno bean dip, avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper (all mixed in food processor), then sour cream, taco seasoning mix and mayo.
Sprinkle green onion on. Layer tomatoes, black olives and Cheddar cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips.
