Hot Parmesan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/6 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 loaf thin-sliced bread
    paprika and extra grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated onion, Parmesan and pepper.
    Cut 2-inch bread rounds with cookie cutter and bake on cookie sheet in 300\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes to harden.
    Spread the cheese mixture generously on bread rounds.
    Sprinkle with extra grated Parmesan cheese and a dash of paprika.
    Then broil until puffy and golden on top.
    Serve hot.
    Makes about 30.
