Mushroom Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed steak or round steak, cut in small strips
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce (or more)
    1/2 c. flour
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 c. water
    1 can mushrooms, sliced and drained
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Put soy sauce in bowl.
    Dip pieces of steak in soy sauce, then roll in flour.
    Brown steak in oil over medium heat.
    Add green pepper and saute a few minutes.
    Add water and mushrooms.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
