Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak (3/4-inch thick)
    1/2 c. flour
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fat, melted
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes and juice
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cover steak with flour.
    Brown\tmeat
    in
    fat
    and then pour off all but 2 tablespoons.\tBrown 1 heaping tablespoonful flour in grease and add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook slowly for 2 hours.
