Quick Brown Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. consomme or bouillon
1 c. water
salt, pepper and paprika
Worcestershire sauce
lemon juice
dried herbs
Preparation

Rub pan with 1/2 clove garlic.
Melt butter; stir in flour until blended.
Stir in bouillon and water; boil, stirring constantly.
Season to taste.
