Cajun Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage, cut into 1/8's
    1 pkg. whole fresh mushrooms, washed well and halved
    3 to 4 medium onions, quartered
    1 pkg. Polish kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces
    salt
    pepper
    garlic salt
    Cavender's Cajun seasoning
    water
Preparation
    Place a layer of cabbage in the bottom of a large stockpot (or crock-pot). Next, add a layer of mushrooms, then onions and finally a layer of the kielbasa. Season. Repeat layering process, seasoning between each layer.
    Cover with water. Place lid on the pot and cook until tender.
