Mandarin Salad Eleanor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 1/3 c. boiling water
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, undiluted
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Drain gelatin in boiling water.
    Cool and add frozen orange juice; stir to melt.
    Chill until slightly syrupy.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or similar size mold.
