Low Cholesterol Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    2 eggs or Egg Beater (equal)
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. mushroom spaghetti sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry minced onions
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until smooth by hand.
    Form into loaf and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
    Drain juices off as they form while baking.
    Last fifteen minutes top with 1/2 cup mushroom spaghetti sauce.
