King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, boiled and boned
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 jar Old El Paso taco sauce (mild)
1 large onion, chopped
1 pkg. tortilla chips
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. broth from boiled chicken
Preparation

Boil 1 whole chicken until it is done; remove from broth and set aside to cool.
Measure 1 1/2 cups of broth.
Chop 1 large onion and cook in broth until tender.
Crush tortilla chips; add in large bowl to taco sauce, stewed tomatoes, soups, chicken broth with onion and the boned chicken and salt and pepper to taste. Add to casserole dish; top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese bubbles.
