Cake Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    2 lb. 10x sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    about 1/2 c. milk (stiff for decorating) *
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation
    *Add more milk for spreading on cake.
