Smoke On The Mountain - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. Cool Whip
    2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
    3 1/4 c. milk
    remaining Cool Whip (for top)
Preparation
    Mix flour, margarine and chopped pecans together.
    Press into 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake for 5 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until brown. Cool.
    Mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup of Cool Whip together.
    Spread over pastry.
    Mix chocolate pudding with milk; spread over cream cheese layer.
    Top with remaining Cool Whip; refrigerate.
    (Buy a bowl of Cool Whip and use according to recipe.)
