Orange Skillet And Squash Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small acorn squash, split lengthwise, remove seeds and string
    1 c. orange juice
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 lb. peeled, cooked shrimp
    1 lb. scallops
    1 orange peel, grated
    1/3 c. onions, sliced thin
    1/3 c. red pepper, sliced thin
    1/3 c. green pepper, sliced thin
Preparation
    In 350\u00b0 oven, place squash, cut side up.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and pour a little water (about 1/2-inch) in pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
