Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head green cabbage, coarsely cut
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook cabbage in water for 10 minutes; drain.
    Melt butter. Add flour to make a smooth paste.
    Add milk; cook until thick. Add salt, pepper and cheese; mix well.
    Place cabbage in buttered baking dish.
    Pour sauce over; top with crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until bubbly and brown, 20 to 30 minutes.
