Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked), chilled
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs (unbeaten)
    juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. meal
Preparation
    Toss sugar, meal and flour together.
    Add unbeaten eggs, butter and lemon juice.
    Beat well.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until filling is set.
