Ingredients

3 Russet potatoes
1 small onion, diced
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
vegetable oil for frying
Preparation

Peel potatoes and grate, preferably with hand grater.
Grate in onion.
Add baking powder, salt and flour.
Stir to make a batter.
