Microwave Sauced Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation

Stir together egg, milk, onion, salt and bread crumbs.
Add meat; mix well.
Shape into 36 meatballs.
Place in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on High for 5 to 9 minutes, rearranging meatballs and rotating the dish a half turn once.
Drain off fat.
