Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. onion
    4 c. cubed zucchini
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Saute butter, carrots, onion and zucchini until tender. Pour into
    baking
    dish.
    Add mushroom soup and sour cream and mix. Top
    with
    buttered
    croutons
    and\tbake
    at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
