Chocolate Walnut Tart - cooking recipe

1 egg
2 (1 oz.) sq. bittersweet chocolate
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. plus 2 tsp. butter/margarine
chopped walnuts
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. strong brewed coffee
1 egg
8 walnut halves
Preparation

Combine egg and enough cold water to make 1/2 cup total volume. Whisk knife blade in food processor.
Add flour and 1 square of chocolate.
Blend well and add 1/2 cup margarine.
Pulse 5 or 6 times.
With machine running, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of egg mix until dough ball forms.
Chill dough for 30 minutes.
Press out into tart pan (an 11-inch one).
