Lemon Buttered New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small new potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water, covered, 10 minutes or until tender.
    Combine butter or margarine and next 6 ingredients.
    Cook this mixture over medium heat until butter melts.
    Pour over potatoes and serve.
