Baked Chicken With Roasted Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 to 7 lb.) roasting chicken
    2 c. broad leaf parsley
    1 head roasted garlic
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    1 lemon, quartered (zest removed but not discarded)
    1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    2 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano
    2 c. water
    2 bunches green onions
    1 lb. pkg. baby carrots
Preparation
    Roast Garlic:
    Cut top off head of garlic; coat lightly with olive oil and bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0; cover and bake an additional 20 minutes until soft.
