Garlic Lovers Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, smashed
    3 to 4 anchovies, smashed
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 coddled egg
    5 oz. virgin olive oil
    2 1/2 oz. tarragon vinegar
    2 heads leaf lettuce
    1 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 medium-sized lemon
    1 1/2 c. garlic croutons
Preparation
    You may adjust garlic and anchovies to taste.
    Smash garlic and anchovies into a paste, then add remaining ingredients, except lettuce, cheese and croutons.
    Toss with lettuce and top with cheese and croutons.
