Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. Lawry's taco seasoning
    8 oz. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. diced tomatoes or whole stewed tomatoes
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    9 corn tortilla shells
    12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 can green chilies, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add taco seasoning, tomatoes, tomato sauce and green chilies.
    Mix Ricotta cheese and eggs together. Layer in following order:
    meat, Ricotta cheese, tortillas and cheese.
    Make 2 layers and finish with the cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until warm throughout.
