Lasagna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 lb. ground beef, crumbled
    1 (No. 303) can tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 bay leaves
    dash of basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. lasagna, cooked
    1 smalll carton cottage cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil in skillet until golden brown. Add beef.
    Saute until browned.
    Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, cayenne pepper, bay leaves, basil, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
