Heavenly Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 medium potatoes, boiled in skin, cooled and grated
    2/3 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 3/4 c. grated cheese (medium sharp)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat together all ingredients except potatoes.
    Add potatoes last.
    Mix well and place in baking dish (9 x 12-inch) sprayed with Pam.
    Sprinkle on top 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes or bacon bits.
    Dot with 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
