Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks melted margarine
1/3 c. cocoa
4 well-beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Dissolve cocoa in melted margarine.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add flour, a little at a time. Add sugar and vanilla.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
After cake is done, spread miniature marshmallows on top and melt.
Remove from oven and cool.
Cover with icing.
