Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. warm water
1 c. Crisco (shortening)
2 c. milk
5 c. flour (all-purpose)
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut shortening into dry ingredients. Add yeast and milk.
Knead to dough.
Roll 1/2-inch thick.
Cut with cutter.
Put close together in pan and bake at 350\u00b0. Makes about 30 biscuits.
They keep in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days or freeze well.
