Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oil
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3/4 c. orange juice
4 or 5 apples, pared and chopped and coated with: 2 tsp. cinnamon and 5 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Coat apples with cinnamon and 5 tablespoons of sugar.
Set aside.
In a mixing bowl; add flour, sugar, baking powder.
Add eggs, flavoring, orange juice, and oil.
Beat well.
Grease and flour tube pan.
Alternate the batter and apples, ending with apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes - not less time! Enjoy!
