Mother'S Day Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raw rice
salt and pepper
1 chicken, cut up (may use just legs or breasts)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. water
Preparation

Remove skin from chicken.
Pour raw rice in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
Salt and pepper chicken pieces and place on top of rice.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.
Add water to creamed soup in separate bowl and pour over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
