Tea Cake Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Add to mixture. Add nuts.
Drop on greased pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. While hot, mash indention in cookie with spoon.
Fill holes with frosting.
