Turkey Stir-Fry(This Tasty Dish Uses Less Sugar, Salt And Fat.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. raw boneless turkey, cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 carrot, julienned
    1/2 medium green pepper, sliced
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 c. pea pods, trimmed
    cooked rice (optional)
    1/3 c. cashews (optional)
    2 Tbsp. Roger Hong special blend oil
    1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
    1/4 c. sliced red or white onion
    8 oz. sliced boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1/2 c. Roger Hong's stir-fry sauce
    1/4 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. cut broccoli tops
Preparation
    In a skillet or wok, heat the oil on high heat.
    Add the garlic, onion and chicken.
    Stir-fry for one minute.
    Add Roger Hong's stir-fry sauce.
    Cover and cook until chicken is done, approximately 2 minutes.
    Add the carrots and broccoli on top of the chicken.
    Cover and cook for 1 minute for crispy broccoli. Serve immediately.
