Oriental Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef, cut into strips
1 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 pt. (8 oz.) fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. onion soup mix
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/8 tsp. garlic flakes
1 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen pea pods
Preparation

Sprinkle meat tenderizer over meat in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Add all ingredients except pea pods and mix well to coat evenly. Cover with casserole lid.
Microwave (High) 13 to 14 minutes or until meat is just about tender, stirring twice.
Add pea pods; cover.
Microwave (High) 3 to 4 minutes, stirring once.
Serve over rice.
