Ingredients

2 (13 1/2 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
1 small pkg. lime Jell-O
10 1/2 oz. pkg. mini-marshmallows
1 pkg. Vernells butter mints
1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Mix pineapple with juice, lime jello and marshmallows and let stand overnight.
Next morning, crush mints fine and add to jello mixture.
Whip in the whipping cream and fold into mixture.
Put in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or place in jello mold.
Freeze.
Keep in freezer when not serving.
