Golden Carrots Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. sugar
    5 c. diagonally sliced (1/4-inch) carrots
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Add butter to boiling chicken broth.
    Stir in salt, pepper, sugar and carrots.
    Simmer, covered, until carrots are tender-crisp, about 10 minutes.
    Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Makes 6 servings.
