Cabbage Patch Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    2 cans tomatoes
    2 cans red kidney beans
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 c. chopped cabbage
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine beef and onions.
    Cook until done and drain.
    In a large pot combine beef mixture and remaining ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes and then simmer on low for 1 hour.
