Baked Ziti With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti
    1 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage links
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 (30 oz.) jar chunky garden-style spaghetti sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese (2 c.)
    1 (15 oz.) container part-skim Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    About 1 1/4 hours before serving:
    In saucepot, prepare ziti as label directs, but do not use salt in water.
    Drain ziti and return to pan.
