Microwave Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    4 level Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 to 2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 to 1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put in microwave-safe large bowl and cook 6 minutes.
    Stir. Cook another 4 minutes.
    Add margarine, coconut and vanilla.
    Pour into prebaked crust or graham cracker crust and store in refrigerator.
