Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sliced carrots
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. Velveeta, softened
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook carrots with sugar and salt until almost done.
Drain. Soften Velveeta in microwave.
Add butter, onions and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix cheese mixture and carrots.
Pour in casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Top with cornflakes or Ritz crackers, crushed.
