Frozen Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 3/4 c. water
    9 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    7 c. instant potatoes (or use boiled potatoes)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Put first three ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Stir in instant potatoes.
    Add cream cheese and sour cream.
    Mix with mixer.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Fill with potato mixture.
    Freeze if you want to use later, or bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on and continue baking until cheese melts.
    Serve.
