Pineapple Lime Basic Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) lime flavored gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 1/2 c. Dole crushed pineapple (with syrup; No. 2 can or 1 lb. 4 oz. can)
Preparation
    Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.
    Add crushed pineapple and chill until thickened.
    Add sour cream and pour into a 1 1/2-quart ring mold.
    Chill until set.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
