Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 small can creamed corn (white or yellow)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and bake at 400\u00b0 in iron skillet or in 8 x 8-inch square pan for 20 to 30 minutes.
