Cheddar Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. onion soup mix, crushed fine
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Shape into rolls about one inch in diameter.
    Wrap
    in
    foil
    and freeze. When ready to use, slice the roll into 1/8-inch rounds.\tPlace on greased cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
