Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can drained sauerkraut
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 small bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix sugar and vinegar in small saucepan over heat, stirring until dissolved.
    Remove from heat; pour over rest of ingredients and stir gently to mix well.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
    Keeps well.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
