Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans (chopped)
Preparation

Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and water in a bowl; beat for 5 minutes. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Pour in about 3/4 of the cake batter. Then combine brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans; sprinkle over the batter in pan. Add the remaining batter and bake for 1 hour on 350\u00b0. Let cool for 15 minutes before taking it out the pan.
