Chinese Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
1 c. celery, diced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 1/4 c. water
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 can Chinese noodles
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion; add remaining ingredients except Chinese noodles.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
Remove cover and add Chinese noodles on top; bake 30 minutes longer.
