Strawberry Fruit Pie(Contains 40 Calories) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. or 2 (4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O brand strawberry sugar-free
    1 c. ice cubes
    2 pt. strawberries, sliced
    1 whole graham cracker, crushed
Preparation
    Spray 9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl until dissolved; add ice cubes and stir until melted.
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.
    Stir in strawberries.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Sprinkle edges with graham cracker crumbs.
    Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
    Makes 8 servings, 1 fruit exchange.
