Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. water (hot)
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add other ingredients.
    Knead. Roll, cut and place in greased dish.
    Rise until doubled.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
    Makes 20 rolls.
