Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
    3 c. chopped onions
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    4 lb. ground beef
    4 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. red vinegar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 can Pet milk, soured with 1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (28 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Cook onions and mushrooms until tender.
    Add meat and cook until brown.
    Mix soup, flour, salt and pepper to meat mixture. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add sour milk and noodles.
    Heat through and serve.
