Cottage Cheese Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. water
    2/3 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 2/3 c. instant mashed potatoes
    2 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Heat first 4 ingredients to boiling, remove from heat.
    Add minced onion and instant mashed potatoes.
    Whip with fork.
    Fold in cottage cheese, turn in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Dot with butter, sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
