Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. very finely chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 (2-layer) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand butter pecan flavor instant pudding and pie filling
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
1/2 tsp. maple extract (optional)
Preparation

Combine sugar, nuts and cinnamon; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in large mixer bowl.
Blend.
Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Pour 2/3 of the batter into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
Sprinkle with sugar-nut mixture.
