Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    chopped onion to taste
    1 can tomatoes
Preparation
    Wilt cabbage leaves in hot water.
    Mix thoroughly the ground beef, cooked rice, egg, salt, pepper and onion.
    Roll all these ingredients in cabbage leaves.
    Place in cooker or skillet.
    Add can of tomatoes.
    Cook over medium heat until cabbage is tender.
